To report weather-related damage at your home or business, visit
CrisisLink. Using this online form, you can select the 2025 winter weather event that caused the damage; indicate whether the damage was at your home or business; and upload photos of the damage.
To request assistance cleaning up debris from a winter weather event, you call the Crisis Cleanup Hotline at 267-258-0029. Operators will help connect citizens with volunteer groups that may be able to provide assistance. To learn more visit
