Due to the heavy rains yesterday and overnight, the Montgomery County Coal Bank Hollow Consolidated Site, located at 200 Coal Bank Hollow Road, Blacksburg, Va., is closed.
Should the flooding reduce this morning, officials plan to open the site at 1 p.m. today, Friday, Feb. 7.
