Financing statements are recorded among land records. All original filings, as well as amendments, continuations and terminations are also retained. Requirements to file:

• Form
• $20 per filing
• Logan Systems Inc. coversheet not required
• For a file-stamped copy, please enclose an additional copy along with a return address stamped envelope.
