Plan Review Process

Proceeding to Final Signatures and Permitting

Once plans have reached a technical approval, each department will provide a letter stating the next steps to moving forward to obtain plan signatures and permitting. This may include sureties, final fees, and/or other items. Once plans are ready for signature, five (5) sets of plans should be provided to the Development Review Coordinator to facilitate the final approvals. One signed copy of the approved plan will be returned to the applicant. If additional copies are desired, they should be provided prior to signatures. The applicant should also provide the County with a pdf electronic copy of the signed plans after they have been returned to the applicant.

The applicant may then proceed with obtaining permits and begin scheduling pre-construction meetings if required.
